Start the new year with a magical journey into yourself!
We meet at a beautiful and unique space, in nature, surrounded by green pastures. This event is held close to Uden and Veghel in the South of the Netherlands and easily accessible by public transport and car.
During this retreat, a full day including breathwork and dinner, followed by a night in a luxury group accommodation, you will take a journey into yourself, from love and with all that is. You will more easily connect with yourself and awaken your inner wisdom, seeing yourself and your life from a new perspective. This leads to new insights and the discovery of who you really are.
Truffles containing psilocybin are legal to buy and consume in the Netherlands. We have adopted these truffles as the tool of choice for transformational experiences.
What is Psilocybin?
Psilocybin is a chemical compound obtained from certain types of dried or fresh hallucinogenic mushrooms and truffles. It has been used in religious rituals in indigenous cultures in Mexico and Central America for thousands of years. Researchers at Johns Hopkins found that psilocybin was an effective treatment for depression and nicotine and alcohol addictions, as well as other substance use disorders.
Under the influence of the active ingredient psilocybin, the brain opens up new avenues of exploration. Connections are made that are not normally active. This process can lead to new insights, process stuck emotions and traumas, and positively influence the interpretation of life after the experience. We discover entirely new ways of thinking about the world and ourselves, expanding our awareness.

Intake
We hold individual online intake meetings with each participant, to ensure expectations are managed. You can expect some homework to start preparing for the journey.
Integration afterwards
Integration is an important part of everything we do to ensure that you can benefit from the experience and wisdom even after the ceremony. We support you to embed what you have learned in your daily life. You get a 1:1 online coaching session after the ceremony.
The ceremony lasts a whole day and consists of:
• Opening of the circle
• Sharing and setting Intentions
• Breathwork to bring you into the right state of mind and body
• Psilocybin ceremony, starting with the preparation of truffles
• Special music to accompany the journey
• Light dinner afterwards
• Closing of the circle
(night sleep at our luxury group accommodation + Breakfast)
The ceremony is an internal journey, lying down with an eye mask on to help you go deeper within.

De Roozenstam is a luxury group accommodation suitable for up to 20 people. The holiday home is located in beautiful quiet surroundings in Vorstenbosch (North Brabant), a stone’s throw from Uden and Veghel. The large sofa in the living room offers plenty of seating for all guests. Here you can relax in front of the fireplace (gas) in the evening. There are 6 bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds. The sanitary facilities are on the ground floor. Here you will find 3 toilets, 3 showers and 3 washbasins. Underfloor heating ensures cosy warm feet.
