Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation up to 9 weeks prior to the event, you will be eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel your reservation up to 5 weeks prior to the event, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
If you cancel your reservation less than 5 weeks prior to the event, you will not be eligible for a refund, but may be able to select another event with a valid reason for cancellation.

Travel Insurance

Unionretreats is not responsible for any cancellations, and strongly recommends that guests obtain travel insurance to protect against potential illnesses and other unforeseen circumstances.

Responsibility for Cancellation

Once you have booked your reservation, you are solely responsible for cancelling on time.
By booking through the booking form, WhatsApp, or email, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.

Liability

Unionretreats is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the retreat.
By booking a reservation with Unionretreats, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation in the retreat.

Modification of Terms

Unionretreats reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any modifications to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By continuing to use our services after modifications to the terms and conditions have been posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
